Can relatives in different countries use the same crypto ser

My sister lives abroad and wants me to explain how buying crypto by card works. I can show her the general steps, but I am hesitant to recommend the same service I am looking at because our cards were issued in different countries. We are also likely to start with different amounts. Does a website being available in English mean its card purchase feature works internationally, or are those separate things? I would prefer to check eligibility and purchase limits before we spend an evening setting up accounts. Where should we look for information that actually applies to each of us?

An English interface alone does not establish eligibility. Check the service rules for each country and the available methods in each account. For example, EMCD - Cryptocurrency mining pool notes that some services are restricted in certain jurisdictions, and says purchase or sale limits depend on verification level and payment method. That makes it worth checking separately for you and your sister instead of assuming identical access. Ask support about anything unclear before attempting payment. A short checklist covering location, card, currency and intended amount would help keep your walkthrough relevant.
